In Love, Word and Deed is a ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel and providing donated food and clothing to the poor and homeless in the Twin Cities area.

1 John 3:17-18
But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

Our mission is to go to the impoverished and broken-hearted people so we may, through the power of the Holy Spirit, help provide for their physical needs and tell them about the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  As part of our effort to eliminate homelessness before Christ’s return, we treat them with love and dignity that Jesus demonstrated while He was on earth.

Deu. 15:11
For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, 'You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.'

Get Involved

You or your small group can be a part of making a difference in the life of someone in need.

• most importantly, pray for us!
• make bag lunches
• come out with us to deliver clothing, lunches, Bibles, LOVE...
• donate clothing or food items (see list of needs)
  
  
  

Donations may be brought to the church on Sunday mornings. Look for the collection bins in the foyer.
