Are you looking a place to serve at Harvest? Check out the postings below. If you don't see something here that seems to fit, shoot us an email and lets talk. God has a place for you to use your gifts and we want to help you find it.

Set Up Team

Setup: Come hang out with a bunch of fun loving people on Sundays! We are looking for people to, once a month, help setup/tear down the worship center, foyer and children's areas on Sunday mornings. Setup starts at 8:00am Sunday mornings. If you are interested, email Dan Ness at for more details or to get put into the rotation.

Greeting Team

We are a loving church and greeting one-another is apart of our culture. However, if you are interested in being more proactive and intentional, join the Greeting Team! Contact Dennis (612) 308-4619 and Donna Wildsmith.

Higher Ground

Before Church childcare: supervise group of 10-15 children age 2-grade 3 whose parents come early to serve at Harvest. Movies and or toys/games are provided. Needed: 2-3 more adults and 1-2 more teen helpers for the team rotation
Harvester Lead: Coordinate weekly teaching rotation, team communication, as well as quarterly social outings with the group of 4th and 5th graders. Facilitate a “pre-youth group” atmosphere for our oldest higher ground members. Needed: 1 main lead or 2 willing to share the job
Welcome/Check in volunteers: Assist in checking in current families, welcoming new families, setting up and taking down check in area, keeping brochures and paper announcements updated at check in, and assist in sending welcome cards to new families. Needed: 2-3 team members to assist Jaimee Greene (Welcome coordinator)

AMP'D

Student Mentor: Have you been looking for a ministry to be involved in this year? Then come and check out AMP'd. We are looking for four to six student mentors for the up coming school year. Get in contact with Cory at

Worship Team

Instrumentalists: We need people to play guitar, drums, piano/keyboard, bass, and other musical instruments. You must be musically proficient, and preferably, able to follow chord charts.
Vocalists: We are also looking for people to sing with the worship team. All vocal parts and ranges are welcome to audition. You must be vocally proficient, and have an ear for harmonies.

Please note: If you wish to serve on the worship team we ask that you be a committed member of the Harvest family, and that you can give a testimony of your salvation in Christ. Anyone expressing interest in serving on the worship team must complete an application/audition process.

Audio Visual Team

Power Point: We are looking for people (teens or adults) to help run the power point slides during worship. If you have an ear for music but don't want to be up front, then come talk to us after the service or email Robert Johnson at
Sound: Have you run a sound board before or do you have an ear for music? We need you. If you are interested, come up top and talk to us after the service, or email Chad Greene at

Harvest Women

Thursday AM Child Care: We provide childcare during the women's bible study and parenting class. We are looking for adults, college age or older teens who have a heart for kids, want to serve the moms, and love on children ranging from infant through school age. Contact Iva at

In Love, Word & Deed

Volunteer willing to make phone calls or visit motel/hotels in the area to seek blanket donations. These places will often donate blankets with stained or holes.
Lead Volunteer who can gather/solicit donations and put together care packages. Small ziploc bags with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap. lotion, deodorant, etc.
