1 Timothy 3:1

"The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task."

The elders at Harvest focus on three biblical essentials while leading the church. First, the elders lead by protecting and teaching the DOCTRINE at Harvest. Second, the elders lead by DIRECTING the movement and progress of the church as God leads. Thirdly, the elders lead by overseeing biblical DISCIPLINE within the church. The goal of discipline is always for the purpose of restoration.

The motto of our elders is: "We want what God wants..."
