Harvest,
Pieces. We all have pieces. What's going to happen to all the moving pieces in our lives? Most likely all of us could say right now that we're wondering how all the pieces are going to come together. You know, "Why did this happen?" "Why did God allow this?" "Why am I going through this trial?" "Whatever happened to my life that always made sense to me?"
What pieces are you hoping to see come together in your life?
Listen, the pieces of our lives are sovereignly cared for and shaped by our great God in Heaven. It may not all make sense to you right now. It may seem so crazy. It may be that you never really know all the reasons WHY. But God knows. God's in control. God has the cover of the puzzle box. He knows the finished work. At times your life may seem like a jumbled box of moving, unconnected pieces but God promises to put every single piece together according to His sovereign plan. God will finish the job.
Believe It! God's able to put together all the pieces in your life. Trust Him. Obey Him.
Let these awesome verses flush away your personal doubt, even anger, in the perfect plans of God:
Romans 8:28-29, And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.
Philippians 1:6, And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
